Disparities in Special Education Services

The Sturm Lab is currently funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA; R41MC33087) to characterize youth-level sociodemographic disparity in special education for underresourced youth with ASD and sequentially to understand the impact of these disparities into young adulthood. 

Psychosocial Indicators of Well-being in College

The Sturm Lab is working with colleagues at the University of Denver to disseminate a survey to university students that will assess the relationship between mental health concerns and psychosocial determinants of successful adjustment in college. The survey aims to provide parents of high school students with evidence-based intervention recommendations to support indicators of college readiness and independent living established through the study.
